Due to client growth, they are seeking an experienced licensed settlement agent/ senior conveyancer to work in the property law team in Perth CBD.  Salary 100-150K. Flexible working 2 days WFH opportunities. This role is responsible for a variety of property law matters.

The Candidate

• Current WA Settlement Agent / Conveyancer Licence
• Extensive residential and commercial conveyancing experience
• Strong knowledge of WA conveyancing legislation and compliance
• Advanced PEXA experience
