Are you an experienced SEND professional passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are currently recruiting for an Experienced EHCP Co-ordinator to join a busy and dedicated SEN team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in coordinating Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessments and reviews, ensuring children, young people and families receive high-quality, person-centred support.

The Role

As an Experienced EHCP Co-ordinator, you will act as the main point of contact for parents/carers and young people throughout the EHC assessment process.
