Prepare and bake bread, rolls, sweet products and other bakery items
Measure, mix, mould, prove and bake dough according to bakery recipes
Operate ovens, mixers and bakery equipment safely
Maintain high standards of product quality, freshness and presentation
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation and cleaning duties
Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail bakery environment
