Job Description:
Lead end-to-end planning of physical network expansion to support organizational growth targets for 2026 and beyond. Manage project execution for new facility openings, including timeline tracking, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization. Lead and manage 4PL partners, ensuring performance exceeds targets in terms of service quality, operational efficiency, and cost control. Develop and maintain monthly network expansion plans, ensuring optimal capacity utilization and cost efficiency. Monitor, analyze, and report performance against expansion and operational targets, with a strong focus on capacity planning and optimization. Drive special projects such as lead time analysis, space utilization studies, and capacity assessments, including ensuring on-time hub openings and timely replacement of facilities when required.
