Responsibilities - Build a pipeline of suitable and ready volunteers to meet the needs of programmes in *SCAPE through effective recruitment, engagement, training and retention.
- Ensure the volunteer management framework, including recruitment, training, engagement, and retention strategies, are well executed.
- Identify and create volunteer opportunities to attract and engage volunteers meaningfully and regularly.
- Oversee volunteer deployment across various programs and initiatives.
