Job Scope:
  • Maintain and update databases of youth profiles and engagement records
  • Support data management across multiple platforms with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate calendars and track engagements across programmes and stakeholders
  • Assist in matching suitable participants to programmes and managing invitations
  • Communicate programme updates and information to relevant stakeholders
  • Support onboarding processes for new participants or leaders
  • Provide administrative and operational support for programme activities
