Overview:  We are seeking a motivated R&D Executive / Sr. Executive to support the development of new paint formulations and enhancement of existing products. The role involves laboratory experimentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality Control and Production teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality coating solutions.
