What The Role Is The Community Relations Senior/Executive supports the department’s smooth operation. He/she will work closely with and support the various branches in executing their tasks and delivering the intended outcomes.
What You Will Be Working On - Handle budgetary tracking, procurement and payment matters
- Manage queries from public and stakeholders
- Provide admin and logistical support for the branch operations
- Update materials on PUB digital platforms (e.g., website)
- Provide support in engagement efforts of PUB’s partners
- Track department’s stakeholder engagement efforts and assets
- Cover Personal Assistant (PA) duties for Director as needed
- Assist in other duties to support the department’s daily operations as assigned
