Job Summary
The Executive Sous Chef serves as the second-in-command of the kitchen and supports the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, food production, and staff supervision. The role ensures that all meals are prepared according to approved menus, therapeutic diet guidelines, and hospital protocols. The Executive Sous Chef coordinates closely with Dietitians, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Hospital Administration to maintain food quality, efficiency, and compliance with HACCP and sanitation standards.
