We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Sourcing to manage supplier-related activities, pricing requests, and procurement of goods and services.

Responsibilities

• The role ensures competitive costs, timely delivery, quality standards, and favorable commercial terms while supporting operational requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact between the business unit and the central Procurement & Contracts team.
• Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and prepare comparative analysis reports.
• Support internal supplier selection processes based on commercial and technical evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for purchases.
