Up to $2,700 + Bonus
Responsibilities - Handle HR practitioners’ and/or customers’ enquiries, requests, disputes, appeals, feedback promptly in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.
- Collect and collate data and information on customer needs and satisfaction to facilitate formulation of effective customer service strategies.
- Highlight/recommend improvements and solution to problems/issues so as to improve and maximise customer satisfaction.
- Submission of CPF Refunds Claims and monitoring of CPF Refunds from CPF Board
- Assigning of financial clearance cases and ensuring replies within the stipulated time frame
- Any work areas as and when delicated
