Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards to ensure round-the-clock protection of company premises.
• Conduct regular patrols and spot checks to ensure security procedures are followed.
• Liaise with security service providers, local police, and authorities on security-related matters.
• Manage incident reports involving theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access, and recommend preventive actions.
• Ensure all security equipment is well-maintained and in working condition.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Occupational, Safety, and Health (OSH) programs and policies.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Investigate and report all accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
