**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Data Quality Management**
+ Ensure 100% completeness and accuracy of shipment lifecycle events
+ Continuously monitor data across BD ERPs and Control Tower systems and resolve discrepancies.
+ Perform manual tracking (carrier portals/websites) to backfill missing events when system gaps exist.
+ **Root Cause Analysis & Issue Resolution**
+ Conduct structured root cause analysis (RCA) on missing, delayed, or incorrect shipment data.
