✔️ Prepare progress claims, final accounts, and documentation for Variation
Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT), Loss & Expense claims
✔️ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
✔️ Ensure effective cost control throughout both pre-contract and post-
contract stages
✔️ Coordinate effectively between internal departments
