Responsible to ESH Head and Director, Adult & Senior Care Services in all matters pertaining to the administration and programme planning of ESH On-site services.
Recommend policies and practices for the efficient and effective operation and management of services and assist ESH, Lead and Director in implementing those policies and practices.
Responsible for achieving key performance indicators in the client reach, outcomes and impact, providing progress reports and assisting in data analysis for planning and reporting purposes.
Service Delivery, Development and Sustainability
Supervise the programme planning and delivery which include developing / implementing service elements that are evidence-informed and clinical relevance for clients and families.
Oversee the enrolment of clients into the on-site services.
Develop and work with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficient use of staff and volunteers.
