Your Role & Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Chairman & Founder as the key operational and organizational support in day-to-day business activities
• Support operational, strategic, and organizational topics while actively contributing to prioritization and execution
• Proactively plan, structure, and prioritize complex tasks and initiatives
• Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and decision‑making materials for executive leadership
• Ensure deadlines are met and important topics are consistently followed through
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across international teams
• Structure, optimize, and improve internal processes and workflows
• Support the preparation and execution of projects together with the Chairman in Zurich
