Make reimbursements / payments to customers including but not limited to utilities
Invoice customers for their charging usage
Reply customers’ enquiries related to aftersales matters
Support any other aftersales activities such as whitelisting customers for any promotional plans, operationalising new stations, maintaining the operational database, and any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business or any related fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong proficiency in Excel and IT systems
Strong command of English, both written and spoken
