Identify Automation & Digitalization (AD) opportunities at sites with the aim to improve productivity/cost saving/positive customer satisfaction.
Work with Operations Leads to drive AD agenda in their sector and ensure effective implementation.
Be involved with new business projects to identify better ways to innovate the current work process.
Lead process improvement projects and process transformation through automation, digitisation and mechanisation approach.
Develops local best practices, policies and procedures of the respective division's existing operational processes and systems, new legislations & improve the performance standards.
Facilitate the project coaching and tollgate with the project leader.
Progressive update on the project implementation to the SMT.
Work closely with the vendor to follow-up on the project progress till the project completion.
