Job Description Facilitate the development of the Agency Strategic Plan for the Agency and cascade the strategic objectives into business units. Align the Agency strategy planning to the MTEF Framework, the Management Plans as well as business processes of the Agency. Facilitates and coordinates the development of the Agency's Strategic, annual Performance and Operational Plans. Ensure the Performance measures according to performance monitoring and reporting standards. Develop Risk Management Strategy, Policy, and Plans, and report to relevant management structures on progress made. Develop Service Delivery Improvement Plans, Service Standards, and Charter, and develop an Annual Report by relevant legislation.
