Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding user through features and functionalities of Online System (such as Online Billing System, eWorld, MIS, Centralised system, Fast Track System).
Process and maintain member data of Online Billing System (OBS) and Centralised system.
Priorities and schedule assigned support activities and tasks.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or experience as a Customer Support Specialist.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with team in multi-tasking abilities.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred due to job requirements.
