Key Responsibilities:
1. Safety Planning & Implementation
- Create and follow HSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs
- Support teams in following safety guidelines
- Handle accidents and safety incidents
- Investigate issues and take corrective actions
- Support rider welfare and well-being
- Ensure emergency plans are in place
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain safety records and reports
- Track incidents, audits, and inspections
- Share updates and recommendations with teams
- Keep all documents audit-ready
