Provide support, maintenance and enhancement of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and advisory services, technical guidance and direction on the operation and maintenance of the systems and requirements based on business and operational needs.
Principal Accountabilities
Accountable in ensuring HRIS system reliability, provide technical support, manage initiatives, improvements and other related activities. Collaborate with Information and Communication Technology Division in ensuring HRIS meets company’s operational needs.
Facilitate troubleshoot and design of HRIS. This includes testing of system upgrades, patches and processes improvements.
Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and work flow and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes and to improve data management and efficiency.
