Liaise with content owners and the content developers on the SCORM‑compliant e‑learning course content
Upload and configure e‑learning content into the learning management system and conduct testing to ensure the content is working
Provide first‑level support for e‑learning platform related enquiries raised by employees and work with IT/Technology team to resolve issues
Assist in the generation of reports for content owners and/or learning partners for e‑learning completion status tracking
Provide administrative support to the digital learning initiatives such as managing the LinkedIn Learning user licences, execution of Skillprogrammes for LinkedIn Learning users, maintaining LinkedIn Learning records in the learning management system
