            Responsibilities:  1. Tenant Billing and Reporting  Manage tenant billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of invoices for monthly fees. 
Coordinate with Leasing Commercial and Leasing Operations teams to resolve billing disputes or inquiries. 
Track payment statuses, elevate overdue accounts, and ensure proper follow‑up. 
Support tenant due diligence checks. 
 2. Sales Audit for E-Commerce Platform  Perform monthly sales audits for the company’s e‑commerce platform to ensure completeness and accuracy of recorded transactions. 
Verify and process refunds, ensuring proper authorization and compliance with company policies. 
 3. Gift Card / Gift Voucher Reconciliation  Conduct monthly reconciliations for gift card and voucher issuance, redemption, and expiry. 
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities promptly.
