Strategic Planning & Analytics

• Able to work cross-functionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders to drive brand growth and alignment
• Plans and assists in the merchandising and promotion campaigns for online channel
• Manages promotional mechanism (bundles set creation, discount promotion with e-commerce players)
• Manage stock fulfilment rate with e-retailers and clients
• Validate and cross check pricing details for all retailers to prevent discrepancies
• Assist in developing business plan and marketing and operational plan
• Ensure sales target achievement
• Monitor and evaluate outcome of implementation
• Monitor sales performance vs approved A&P budget
• Execute trade claims recovery from clients within the contractual terms and responsible for A&P
• Accurate price maintenance in accordance to contractual terms
• Minimize unnecessary cost & risk which impact P&L
