**Description**

The Executive Director, Org Effectiveness & Transformation leads the delivery of organizational development, change enablement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across a geographic zone. This role supports enterprise transformation and business priorities by implementing OD/OE frameworks, tools and interventions.

This leader partners with Global Org Effectiveness COE, HR Core Services, People Partners, and business leaders to execute organizational initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness and support sustainable change.
Within the region, this role is responsible for embedding global OD/OE frameworks and tools, translating People Partner–led strategies into actionable organization design and change implementation, and driving consistent, disciplined rollout across markets.
