Earn $167,000–$175,000 annually with bonus opportunities up to 25%
Weekends Off! Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, based in Houston, TX
Direct Hire placement with benefits offered and weekly pay
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 22–24 financial professionals including cost and project accountants
Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for a global capital equipment business supporting rig manufacturing operations
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for complex global revenue streams and long-term projects
Present monthly, quarterly, and annual results to senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations
Partner with Operations and Regional leaders to analyze profitability by product line and geography
