Wells Fargo is seeking a Institutional Investment Operations Senior Manager

**In this role, you will:**

+ Manage and develop teams of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity
+ Engage and influence peers, stakeholders, internal partners, external clients affected by its outcome
+ Support the lifecycle of Institutional trades while managing a larger group or multiple groups covering the following functions; client account onboarding, cash payments, customer service, funding operations, custodial operations, securities settlement services, structured loan operations, general ledger reconciliation, as well as, work to resolve confirmation and ISDA related issues
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
