This role supports the planning, scheduling and delivery of classes by coordinating resources, monitoring utilisation, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements.
Coordinate resources such as Classrooms, Trainers and Equipment/Props to schedule classes so classes can be conducted: - Schedule classes throughout the year for each product type under their purview.
- Coordinate resources (e.g. venue/license/trainers/equip) to schedule classes.
- Track and monitor enrolment rates.
- Respond, monitor and follow up on un-planned scheduling requests.
- Monitor and report on utilisation rate, cancellations and sufficiency of capacity.
- Work with stakeholders to inform learners on class postponement or cancellations.
Ensure administrative activities are completed timely: - Course code creation in the system.
