**Role Overview**

**Sodexo Campus Services** is seeking a creative, detail oriented, highly-motivated, energetic and well organized **Executive Chef 2** for the **University of The Incarnate Word** located in **San Antonio, TX** . Position provides culinary leadership within a medium-sized account including menu planning, brand standards and program execution, and staff management and training.

Key Duties

+ Implements and coordinates the culinary function
+ Directs, trains, develops and mentors cooks and other culinary support, stock worker and receiver, and utility workers
+ Ensures food preparation, production and post production meet operational standards
+ Manages culinary operations for catering, retail, and concessions
+ Customer and client satisfaction
