The successful candidate will ensure that the training developed for SIA cabin crew is holistic and of high standards, so that the crew are aligned to SIAβs company mission, corporate objectives and core values, while at the same time developing SIA cabin crew so that they reveal themselves to be professionals committed to delivering quality customer service during their career with SIA.

Key Responsibilities
