Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient correspondence, meeting, and diary management using MS Office Suite
Review and manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and liaise with internal stakeholders
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, and expense claims
Assist with meeting preparation, document management, and minute-taking when required
Support event coordination and logistics
Process timesheets, expense claims, and financial reports (WIP/CRM)
Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding
Manage asset collection, people movement reconciliation, and People Direct queries
Support colleagues during leave periods and maintain strong internal relationships
Requirements
