Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support and represent the Area Managing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Diary management.
  • Organising travel within the UK and abroad.
  • Assisting with all issues related to the smooth running of the office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ experience as an EA at senior/board level.
  • Excellent administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and diary management.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently and use initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with great communication skills.
