Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive
Schedules and maintains a calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries; coordinates related arrangements for the Executive Vice President.
In charge of Department Audit as advised by the VP.
Produce reports and presentations required by the Vice President.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information in all departments.
May participate in meetings as required, and distribute minutes of meetings as necessary.
Assists in all administrative duties in other departments as needed.
Other reasonable tasks and duties incidental to your function or that of the company as required by the vice president.
