Job Description

The Executive Assistant provides administrative and logistical support to the Director, Employment Services, and the Project Management Office. This role focuses primarily on coordination, scheduling, document management, and day‑to‑day operational support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Administrative Support

  • Manage 220 Bay Street office, support visitors and event coordination/scheduling
  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the Employment Services team while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion
