We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to CEO to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the CEO and executive office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO Office
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Organize and follow up on meetings, action points, and executive priorities
- Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners
- Support event coordination, business travel, and executive office administration
