Purpose of the role:
The role resides within a support hub of administrative staff that provides administrative and executive support. The role can be allocated to an Executive Director or multiple Executives or within a team environment with opportunities for rotation depending on business requirements.
The role also provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient and effective office operations. The role undertakes routine administrative processes, including liaising with and responding to enquiries, scheduling and diary management, to support operational effectiveness.
