Job Openings Executive Assistant / Associate Executive (NUH Global, NUH Referral Centre)

Responsibilities

• To provide coordination and assistance in all areas necessary to facilitate enquiries and requests from patients, clients and internal departments, and ensure that the service levels provided meet the pre-determined service standards.
• Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests that come through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
• Liaise with external parties and internal departments for safe and appropriate referral of patient to hospital for outpatient appointment as per the hospital's protocols and procedures.
• Carry out any other administrative duties required at PLC.
