Provide guidance and support to international students on cultural adjustment, student life, and adaptation to living in Malaysia.
Develop and implement international student engagement and welfare strategies to enhance student integration, sense of belonging, and overall student experience.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver orientation programmes, including International Welcome Week and ongoing transition initiatives to support student onboarding.
Act as the primary point of contact for international student welfare matters, offering confidential advice and support, and referring students to counselling or external services where appropriate.
Proactively identify and support at‑risk students, managing cases with appropriate intervention, including emergencies and crisis situations.
Manage student cases and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
