Incumbent will be supporting Track & Trace function for KUL & PEN and supporting the Strategic Capacity Management planners on daily/monthly booking task.
Job Responsibilities:
Support team members in providing allocation and reservations of freight on planned linehaul and flights required for hub and operations performance.
Provide basic administrative support to consolidate, record information and handle day-to-day shipment documentation.
Draft and assist reporting on recent developments of new solutions, services, lane and traffic development.
Support Air Freight product and capacity management methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
Support team members in timely monitoring and accurate updating of products (track & trace).
Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
