Responsibilities - Excel in administrative activities for assigned senior executives, including extensive calendar and appointment scheduling, expense reports, stakeholder communication, travel arrangements, document compilation, and more.
Qualifications - Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in Executive Assistant or Administrative
- Prior experience in a Multinational company or large scale institution is a must
- Experience as an Executive Assistant with expertise in Calendar Management across US-Asia-EMEA time zones, travel, and expenses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
