Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides support to a Chobani Executive. Responsibilities
• Handle multifaceted department logistics and calendars for meetings and conferences, including travel and event management• Submit travel and expense reports in a timely fashion• Prioritize and handle internal and external correspondence• Coordinate meetings and complex schedules to accommodate the needs of the Executive and SLT• Plan and manage customer-facing meetings, including agenda coordination, attendee logistics, room setup, catering, materials preparation, follow-up tracking, and ensuring a polished experience for internal and external stakeholders• Research a variety of topics for the purpose of providing information and/or recommendations• Exercise independent judgment in bringing information and issues relating to the operations of the department to the attentio...
