Examination Operations Management
  • Manage confidential student and examination data in our student and learning management systems.
  • Pre‑assessment (Quizzes, Class Tests and Exams)
Carry out administrative tasks to prepare for assessment
  • Liaise with Lecturers and Module Leaders for pre‑moderation of examination question papers.
  • Resource planning including booking of exam venue and invigilator deployment.
  • Updating examination schedule accurately.
  • Preparing quizzes, class tests and exams materials for Assessment/ Examination Day held campus‑based or online.
  • Briefing invigilators as needed to ensure smooth running of the assessment/ Examination.
Actual Day operations
  • Manage face‑to‑face/online examination and quizzes, / class test held on campus.
