Job Description
Located in the Alaska Airlines Center, the Server position is responsible for delivering high quality services of food and beverage in a restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
Promptly greets guest and takes their order.
Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
Follows TAPS ID verification and training guidelines.
Ability to enter orders into POS (Point of Sale) Micros system.
Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
Prepares drink order, to include wine and beer.
Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
Serves food items to assigned tables in manner it was ordered.
Totals up bills and accepts payments or refers patron to Cashier.
