With the support of the Director of Group & Events, the role leads a team of two Group & Events Planners and will be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of all group & event bookings. The role supports the group & event sales team with re-contracting annual bookings, increasing group and event revenues through innovative upselling techniques, and above all responsible for creating and delivering outstanding experiences for all group and events.
