Reporting to Senior Manager, Corporate Events & Sponsorships, the Event Coordinator plays a key role in the planning and execution of high‑profile internal and external corporate events for advisors, clients and employees. These events strengthen brand reputation, foster relationships and support strategic messaging while reinforcing the firm’s client‑first culture and contributing to business development and client retention.
Positioned within Corporate Communications & Marketing, the role ensures all events align with corporate strategy, key messages and brand standards, and collaborates closely with leadership, marketing, corporate communications, compliance and external vendors.
