Reporting to the Senior Manager, Socio‑Economic Research, the Evaluation Specialist is responsible for coordinating the planning, development, and implementation of evaluation projects. He/She/They maintains a coordinated and consistent approach to evaluation within the Research Centre and BC Housing. The position conducts research and evaluations of strategic initiatives and post‑project initiatives and builds capacity and readiness for evaluation within the Research Centre and BC Housing. The role provides oversight, guidance and technical expertise to evaluation approaches while ensuring evaluation‑related activities are aligned with and in support of guiding strategies, policies, and other accountabilities.
