Responsibilities Application Review - Review submitted applications to ensure all required information is provided.
- Check applications against eligibility requirements.
- Follow up with applicants or internal teams for clarifications where needed.
- Update and maintain application records and statuses.
Administrative Support - Manage application tracking, data entry, and document filing.
- Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries on application results.
- Support improvements to make application workflows more efficient.
Stakeholder & Applicant Support - Respond to enquiries from applicants regarding application requirements and timelines.
