We're now looking for an experienced and people-focused European Industrialisation Manager to help shape how our products move from technical development into successful, reliable manufacturing across our European operations in the UK and Germany.

This is a senior technical leadership role with responsibility for building manufacturing capability, improving production processes, supporting sustainability initiatives and leading a skilled team. This is a hybrid role where you will be in the Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire Head Office 3 days a week and there will be regular travel to our Altro Germany facilty in Dessau.
