                                Requirements:                

               Entry Level: 1-3 years working in industrial construction and managing single trade projects up to $350,000.           

               Senior Level: 3-7+ years working in industrial construction and managing single or multi-trade projects >     $3M.           

               A four-year degree in Construction Management or a tradecraft certification.           

               Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, contractors, and other business partners.           

               Experience reading construction drawings.           

               Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.           

               Scheduling experience is preferred.
